Happy New Year!

​Well, hello Serrulata Squad and happy 2023! 
 
I hope everyone had a great holiday. Mine was hectic and not at all restful, which is why I’m taking time away from writing this month. 
 
I’m using January to reset and rest up. I have a lot of work ahead of me this year with regard to writing and publishing. One of the mistakes I made in 2022 was pushing myself to the brink. I was completely burned out by the time December rolled around and I’m determined to not make that mistake again. 
 
So, onward and upward – but more slowly.
 
Since we’re on the subject, here are my goals:
 

• Release Second Glance in the spring
• Release my third romance in the fall
• Draft my first horror story/novella 
• Outline Book Three

 
Social Media Snafu
 
If you follow me on social, you know I’m fairly active. You might have also noticed that my Twitter account has been quiet for almost a month now. That’s because I’ve been locked out. It was nothing nefarious – I went to reset my password and didn’t realize that the phone number I had listed was an old one I no longer have access to – but since Twitter Support doesn’t exist anymore, I don’t think I’m going to be able to login anytime soon. The good news is, I’ve noticed an overall improvement in my mental health since being banned from the bird app. So, you know, silver linings and all.

I’ve been putting more energy into Instagram this month, which has been fun. I’m improving my skills in Canva and am going to attempt to make more reels. (Please don’t laugh – haha!)
